This individual pizza is super easy to make at home. You can customize the type of cheese and toppings you use. I didn’t use any toppings other than cheese because I was afraid of burning the crust. I’m not sure how long you can have it in the oven before that happens. The garlic butter is optional but it added an extra layer of flavour to my pizza.
This is how I made my pizza
1 O’Doughs multi-grain flatbread
Unico pizza sauce
Balderson white cheddar cheese
Put your pizza stone in the oven and preheat to 400F. Take 1 flatbread out of the freezer and place it on the hot stone. Bake for 3 minutes. Remove flatbread from oven and spread on garlic butter, return to oven for 5 minutes. Remove from oven again, spread on pizza sauce and sprinkle on however much cheese you want and place it back in the oven just long enough for the cheese to melt. Delish
