I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease in 2009, although I suspect I suffered from it long before that. When I first found out I was annoyed. I didn’t want to give up gluten; after all, it tastes so good. At that time there were very few gluten free products available in my area that tasted good. Fast forward to now and boy, things have changed. There are so many fantastic, tasty gluten free products on the market. Substituting your favourite recipes used to be a chore but now it is easy! As you follow my posts you will find out which products I think are the best, learn some great gluten free recipes (I am especially good at baking) and find out about my food travel experiences at resorts, hotels, and restaurants around the world.
