This is one of my favourite gluten free granola snacks. It comes in several different flavours but the apple cinnamon is by far my favourite. I buy the box that has individual packages because I know if I buy the bag I will eat them all:) The individual packages are also peanut free, so great for your kids’ lunches. Only 100 calories per package. With 6g of sugar, 2g of fiber, and 2g of protien, I feel good about having this as a treat. They have 5 different flavours, try them all and find out which one is your favourite!
