Catelli is my favourite gluten free pasta. It has a nice flavour, a normal pasta-like texture, and it holds together nicely. I prefer the fusilli because it holds its shape during the cooking process, even if I accidentally over-cook it. I have tried many brands of gluten free pasta in the last 10 years. Some were good, some were ok and others were practically inedible. I wish I could remember which brands I have tried, so I could be more specific. Once Catelli came out with gluten free pasta, that was it for me, Catelli all the way! I have noticed lately more and more brands of pasta hitting the market. I do intend to try them all and blog about my experience.
