O’Doughs Apple Cranberry Bagels are one of my favourites. Definitely my favourite gluten free bagel. They are also vegan, and NON GMO. With only 100 calories per bagel, that’s right! 2g of fiber and 1g of protein, I feel good about eating them.

This was today’s breakfast and I couldn’t be more thrilled. I added 2 wedges of The Laughing cow light for added protein and calcium. They taste like bagels should taste. I can’t tell that there is no gluten in them.
