Chopped up bell pepper (any colour, I prefer orange)
Chili
Dollop of sour cream

This was my healthy lunch today, full of nutrients and protein. I cheated and added broken up taco shells, leftover from last night’s dinner to add some crunch, thus creating a taco salad:)
