This sugar replacement smells like brown sugar, looks and feels like brown sugar, and tastes very similar without the nasty aftertaste of regular artificial sweeteners.
Benefits of this product according to packaging: It has zero calories, it tastes like sugar (almost), bakes like sugar, kosher, tummy-friendly, pet safe, non GMO, measures like sugar, and gluten free.
So far I have found that it does bake like sugar.
