As an adult, I can only give this cereal a 2 pug rating. However, I believe children would give it a higher rating. 

I will start by saying it has only 8g of sugar per serving, which will make parents happy. It is also low in sodium. As well as fruit juice concentrate, it contains vegetable powders such as kale, broccoli, carrot, spinach, beet, cabbage, and parsley. 

It is non GMO, organic, has no artificial flavours, colours, or preservatives, and is vegan. Not all Nature’s Path products are gluten free, so please read the label carefully before purchasing.
