Rating: 2.5 pugs
I had a couple of issues with this lasagna. I have to start by saying I do not like ricotta cheese and this is automatically lowering my rating because I felt there was too much ricotta in it. The pasta was also a concern. It did not hold its form and seemed to be non-existent once cooked. Lastly, carrots! As far as I am concerned carrots do not belong in lasagna. They were crunchy and did not add any benefit to the flavour. If you wouldn’t put it in spaghetti sauce, you shouldn’t put it in lasagna!!
