Every summer I am fortunate enough to visit a friend at her family cottage. I always bring Schär bread products with me. They are easy to store. Once opened I put them in the fridge for a few days (well sealed) and after that, if not finished I will put them in the freezer to retain freshness. I have only had the white bread but they have 3 other sandwich breads available – 10 grains & Seeds – Multi-Grain, and Deli-Style Bread Seeded.
