Supreme Stuffed Peppers From M&M Food Market. These are delicious. Imagine a complete meal stuffed inside a bell pepper! Well, people have been making homemade stuffed peppers for years, but now you can buy them. Nothing can replace the taste of homemade cooking, but if you don’t have time to make them, these stuffed peppers are a close second. They have the right ratio of ground beef and rice and the tomato sauce is sensational. I wish I could buy the sauce on its own because I would pour it all over my pasta.
Although not certified gluten free (I can’t guarantee there is no cross-contamination), the ingredients in this product are free of gluten. Ingredients: Red and yellow bell peppers, Tomatoes (tomatoes, tomato juice, salt, citric acid, calcium chloride), Parboiled rice (water), Beef, Water, Parmesan cheese (milk), Tomato paste, Onions, Modified corn starch, Celery, Canola oil, Carrots, Sea salt, Mozzarella cheese (milk), Salt, Sugar, Extra virgin olive oil, Spices, Garlic, Parsley, Baking Powder.
Each Pepper is only 210 calories and has 10g of protein. I eat them about once every two months and I have never had any celiac symptoms, but try them at your own risk. M&M Food Market has a wide variety of gluten free foods that are certified. Visit your local M&M, or click here for gluten free product details. I haven’t tried all of them, but so far the only one I don’t like is the Southern Style Chicken Breast.

These peppers are truly delicious….as I live alone, they are ideal for me.
