Chimney Cakes in Prague

Good Food Coffee and Bakery, Karlova 186/8 Prague 110 00 Czech Republic

If you have never been to Prague, picture this; Opening up a fairytale book and stepping into it. Prague is a magical place and one that I would visit again and again. Prague Castle, St. George’s Basilica, the Charle’s Bridge, some of my favorite places to visit. Take a trip up the Petrin Tower for stunning panoramic views of the entire city.

The Good Food Coffee and Bakery is just up the road from the stunning Charles Bridge. If you want a gluten free treat you will never forget, this is a must-visit!

Their Chimney Cakes are superb, decadent, delicious (have I used enough adjectives)? There are not enough to describe these delightful fluffy pastries filled with your favourite toppings. I had my chimney cake coated in cinnamon sugar and stuffed with strawberries and whipped cream. They have so many toppings to choose from, you will want to keep going back for more! I only wish I had taken a photograph to share with you.

You can see them for yourself in person or you can visit their website goodfoodchimney.com

  1. I too visited Prague and fell in love with it. The people are as beautiful as their country and eager to help you when you had lost your way.
This was my first introduction to chimney cakes and loved them.
I hope to visit again some day and you can bet that a chimney cake will be on list.
