It’s that time of year again, where a hot beverage in the evening warms your soul. Almost all of their teas are gluten free. They make it easy for us to know by labelling which are gluten free and which contain gluten. My favourite is the Apple Cinnamon. It is like drinking a cup of hot apple cider without all the calories. I highly recommend you check out this product on your next visit to the grocery store. They have so many great flavours to choose from. Once again, just make sure you read the labels.
