Do you miss eating Saltine Crackers? Miss them no more!
Schär is a European company that never seems to disappoint me. I have tried many of their products, which I will review another time.

Shcär crackers are gluten free, non GMO, and lactose free.

Shcär does not refer to their crackers as Saltines. I am simply making the comparison because it is the first gluten free cracker I have had that is reminiscent of those crunchy, salty soda crackers.

Each pack contains 6 crackers. You will notice in my picture there are only 5. I was eating number 6 while I was taking the photograph. Only 160 calories per package, an excellent choice as a snack.

You can eat them plain, with your favorite toppings, melt cheddar cheese on them (one of my favourites), crumble them on top of soup… There are so many ways to enjoy these delicious crackers.

It is not easy to find Schär products on Canadian shelves. I have noticed them popping up in my favourite grocery stores lately, and I couldn’t be more excited.
