Nature’s Path Organic Cinnamon Pumpkin Seed Superfood Oatmeal (Chia- Buckwheat- Hemp)
If you want a breakfast loaded with superfoods, try Nature’s Path Superfood Oatmeal. I had the Cinnamon Pumpkin Seed for breakfast this morning. With 5g of fiber, 6g of protein, and only 1g of sugar it is an excellent choice.
Ingredients: Gluten free whole grain rolled oats, buckwheat groats, pumpkin seeds, inulin, chia seeds, hemp seeds & cinnamon (all organic). Not only is it gluten free, it is a source of Omega-3 polyunsaturates, there is no salt added and, has 31g of whole grains.
Seven wholesome ingredients come together in one delicious bowl, a great start to any morning. I like to add extra cinnamon because I love it and may have a slight cinnamon addiction. If you like to have fruit in the morning, you can cut some up and add it to your bowl. Just about any fruit pairs nicely, except melons and citrus fruits (my personal opinion).
