These chewy snack bars are packed with healthy ingredients such as seeds, nuts, and dried fruits. They are perfect on the go. I like to keep one in my purse in case I am peckish while I am out and about.

I bought the variety pack from Costco. The package included 15 bars (5) of each flavour, Fruit and Nut, Flax Cranberry, and Almond Berry. They are not only gluten free, they are all natural and dairy free as well.
