I love this cereal! It has whole almonds, pumpkin seeds, whole dried cherries, dried cranberries, and coconut flakes. I really like that it uses cherries and cranberries instead of boring raisins.

It has a subtle maple flavour (delicious). It is non GMO, 250 calories per serving, 7g of fibre, 90mg of sodium, 12 grams of whole grains per serving, no artificial colours or flavours, and 12g of sugar.

I highly recommend this cereal. I bought it at Costco!
