My rating is based on microwave preparation. It may be better if you prepare it in the oven. The enchilada wrap was soggy and not enjoyable to eat. I found the flavours to be one-note. Whether I was eating the beans, the rice, or the enchilada, it all kind of tasted the same. This is not a dish that I would buy again.

Don’t be discouraged from buying other Amy’s products. Many of them are fantastic, I just didn’t care much for this one.
