This one of my favourite gluten free frozen pizzas. Dr. Oetker does a great job of making this pizza taste like it has gluten (that’s a good thing). The sauce is nice, the tomatoes cook tender and juicy and there is plenty of real mozzarella cheese.
I use a pizza stone to bake all of my pizzas, it helps give an even crispy cook on the bottom. Nobody likes a soggy bottom:( There are 210 calories for 1/4 of a pizza. Each 1/4 serving has 10g of protein, which is amazing for a vegetarian pizza. I usually split my pizza into two meals (lunch and dinner). If you are a fan of cold next day pizza, this pizza holds up well in the fridge for an anytime snack.
