Schneiders Country Naturals Bacon is certified gluten free. I was reading the nutritional value and I was surprised to see that 1 piece of fully cooked bacon is only 25 calories. Good thing, I ate 6 pieces for breakfast yesterday. This bacon is fantastic. Out of all the certified gluten free bacon I have tried, this one is my favourite. I only wish I could find it in maple flavour.
