M&M Food Markets sell a selection of marinated chicken breasts. Some contain gluten in the ingredients and some don’t. While their honey mustard chicken breasts do not contain gluten on the label, they are not certified gluten free. I eat them twice a week and have never had any symptoms, but you need to decide for yourself if this product is suitable for you. They are well marinated, flavourful, and moist and are one of my favourite products from M&M Food Markets.

Ingredients: chicken breasts, water, salt, sugar, mustard seed, vinegar powder (maltodextrin, vinegar), honey powder, dehydrated bell peppers, modified corn starch, honey flavour, spices, flavour, sodium phosphate.
