Schär is fast becoming one of my favourite gluten free food companies. This is my first time trying their muligrain ciabatta bun and I wasn’t disappointed. 

Their bread products are never frozen. These buns come in a package of 4, are gluten free, dairy free, egg free, Non GMO, and preservative free. It is so refreshing to have a bun I don’t have to toast. I was so excited when I brought them home yesterday that I warmed one in the microwave for 15 seconds and spread creamy butter all over it. I can’t remember the last time I enjoyed bread and butter.

This morning for breakfast I made a fried egg sandwich with cheese, tomato, and spinach; it was delicious. Tomorrow is burger night and I can’t wait to sink my teeth into a juicy burger with my last Schär ciabatta bun. I guess I am going to have to make more. I want to try making garlic cheese bread with them.
