This is actually a nice snack. The low rating is because it would not be my first choice in flavours, but I did enjoy them.

70 calories, 2g of fat, 1g of protein, and 180mg of sodium.

Weight Watchers has other snacks that are gluten free. It is about time they got on board the GF train!
